Working principle：

The heart of the magnetic climbing wheel lies in its powerful magnetic adsorption system, which allows it to firmly adhere to metal surfaces. Depending on the design, the magnetic adsorption system can be based on permanent magnets, electromagnets or giant magnetostrictive materials. These devices provide the necessary suction to overcome gravity and ensure that the equipment does not fall off the working surface

Magnetic climbing arm wheels can be divided into the following types：

● Permanent magnet type: This type of magnetic wheel uses a permanent magnet to provide adsorption force. They do not require an external power source to remain attached to the metal surface, so they have the advantage of energy saving. However, its adsorption force is fixed and difficult to adjust dynamically.

● Electromagnetic type: The electromagnetic type magnetic wheel generates a magnetic field through the current, so as to achieve the adsorption of the metal surface. This kind of wheel can adjust the current strength according to the need to change the adsorption force size, high flexibility, but the need for continuous power supply to maintain the adsorption state.
